TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Please Read Carefully)

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before buy this Services. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, Please do not buy this Services  

Booking payment can be done via cash/cheque/online transfer. The Booking amount is non-refundable. First, Second and Final payment has to be done via Post Dated Cheques (PDC) as per event dates.

Event Dates once booked cannot be changed or altered.
The working schedule will be decided as per the program/itinerary schedule provided by you after confirmation of the order. Any change or

extra work will incur additional charges

Coverage of guest arrivals on Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stop will not be done.
Album design and Video editing process would commence only after the full payment (as per package) has been received by SNAP CITY

Photo selection for Album design has to be done by the Client. If the Client wishes the selection to be done by SNAP CITY, an

additional amount of 3000 INR would be incurred over and above the package costing.
The Final photo selection from Client should reach us by a maximum of 15 days from the day of receipt of event photos by SNAP CITY. Incase,

the final selection from Client is not received within the specified time, order re-initiation charges of 3000 INR will be applicable and the
revised delivery timelines will be provided as per the process queue at that point of time.
We will not be responsible for any delay in receipt of final images from the Client which will delay the whole Album design process and final

delivery timelines

Once the photo selection is finalized by the Client and the Album design completed, replacement of images is not possible. In case, the

selected images need to be replaced by new images then for the initial replacement (for upto 5 images) the charge would be 1000 INR and subsequentimage changes would incur 200 INR per image

The first design iteration for Album design is FREE (applies only to image shuffling and minor design changes, does not apply to image replacements) but subsequent design iterations would incur an additional cost of 2000 INR per iteration

Extra copies of Marriage/Engagement DVD would incur an additional costing based on the package deliverables

Extra copies of Marriage/Engagement Album would incur an additional costing based on the package deliverables

The booking of Complimentary Pre/Post Wedding Couple shoot will done based on the availability of dates
